Purpose
Across the UK, many individuals and families rely on charities and community groups for access to regular, nutritious meals. ABP believes high quality protein has an important part to play in supporting those in need. Our partnership with Felix reflects our commitment to responsible food stewardship and the communities connected to our business.
Action
As part of our long-term partnership, ABP provides a weekly donation of beef to Felix. The donations are distributed through Felix’s national network to thousands of frontline organisations, including community kitchens, shelters, school breakfast clubs and support services. To date, ABP UK’s contributions have helped deliver the equivalent of more than 600,000 meals, playing an important role in meeting growing demand for community food provision.
Impact
The ABP–Felix partnership supports people at a time when access to nutritious food is increasingly challenging. Protein is one of the hardest food groups for charities to source consistently, and ABP’s donations help ensure vulnerable individuals and families receive balanced, nourishing meals.
Beyond nutrition, the food provided enables community organisations to bring people together, offering stability, support and connection. Through this partnership, ABP demonstrates that sustainability extends beyond our operations – supporting communities, addressing social need and contributing to healthier, more resilient societies
