Purpose
ABP’s Irish County Meats was the main sponsor of Sheep 2025. The event celebrates the future of Irish sheep farming and provides an important platform for supporting innovation, young talent and sector development.
Action
Hosted at Teagasc Mellows Campus in Athenry, Sheep 2025 was a showcase for advances made across the sheep farming sector. It brought together leading organisations including Teagasc, Sheep Ireland, Bord Bia, the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, and the Irish Farmers Journal.
ABP contributed through sponsorship of the Flocks of the Future prizegiving and by supporting the Battle of the Colleges Young Shepherds Competition.
